Wheat

Wheat is a wide-spread cereal grain. It has many uses, including food (ground into flour), brewed into alcohol, and animal feed. Wheat straw can be used as animal bedding or thatching, as well as woven crafts.

This is a long stalk of wheat grass.  Its head bobs up and down, fat with grain. 
Perhaps you could use it to make bread.

Wheat is a component used in the distilling process to make vodka.
