After having two new/anxious editors ask for a resource like this while I dragged my feet... I finally moved this sucker over to Discworld_MUD_Wiki:General_Formatting where it can hopefully get more eyes and outside edits on it!
I hope it's useful (or grows to be); it's likely I'll continue poking at it instead of coming up with a new sandbox project any time soon, but we'll see.
