Crime & Punishment in Lancre
There is not too much to say here, there is no real police force and as a criminal, you can get away with quite a bit. Sure some stores may bar you from "shopping" there but that is easliy fixed with the "shoplift thing #". An even better idea if the stock is fixed is to set up an alias.
