Savoury may be an annual or perennial (depending on species) semi-woody subshrub. It is primarily used as a cooking spice.
This shrublet has small, dark green leaves borne in opposite pairs and small white flowers perching in oblong clusters along the branch ends.
It is not poisonous to eat. On the other hand, nothing appears to happen if one does eat it.
