I learned the command at 90 cr.arts.theatre. Any chance the requirement could be GL based? Just for reference my GL was 30 when I learned it.

The choice of fuel seems to determine the size of the fireball:
- Lamp Oil - Tiny
- Peach Corniche - Small
- Brandy - Large
- Scumble - Humungous
