Research:Fabrication Classification Identification
From Discworld MUD Wiki
Judging by my own experience and what i've been told by several other wizards, the chance of a full identification does depend on the items skill rather than misc, which i've changed on the page. Some more conclusive research would be of use though to find out if misc does have an effect or only improves cast speed in this case.
I very much doubt this because I only have 52 177 in wand but with a circle I was able to id all the wands except the balsa wand. So I'd think it was more ma.sp.mi or ma.sp.sp that's checked against. --Frazyl 05:14, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
