Reckless Encouragement of Arcane Peacock is an offensive wizard spell that distracts the target with a craving to cast a spell or perform a ritual.
This spell is found in the spellbook Divinational Arts.
This spell costs 65 GP when cast, and takes up 20 units of mind space. The spell is targetted at a living thing.
The following skills are used during the stages of this spell:
This spell requires a tigerwood staff.
You swing the tigerwood staff around your head focusing on the subtle roar emanating from it. Concentrating on the sound, you channel the dull droning of past lectures, spell trainings, and rituals you've attended in the past. Ew. You swing the tigerwood staff so fast a rip in time starts to form! You start mapping a way for the excitement you once felt for the arcane to come forth, into you! As the map becomes more clear, you rip the route away and fling the energies like a mental whip, cracking the shrewd trader in the forehead! You focus on this mental connection and enchant it with all the excitement of your youth pumping it into the shrewd trader's mind.
You can't seem to force the feeling into the shrewd trader. It seems it will have to stay in yourself... A weird feeling washes over you. You feel an overwhelming urge to cast Jogloran's Portal of Cheaper Travel.
- To others
Wizard swings a tigerwood staff around her head nearly side swiping you! Wizard closes her eyes and starts to drool. Wizard opens her eyes and starts to stare at the distortion forming around her! Suddenly, a glowing blue cord emanating from Wizard attaches itself to charming youth's forehead. The cord attached to a charming youth pulses brightly then vanishes completely in a sudden burst of colour!
When under the effect:
You start finding it hard to concentrate. You simply must cast Polliwiggle's Puissancy Probe.
Casting the indicated spell:
You prepare to cast Union of the Phoenix and Divine Dragon on yourself. Magical, mystical forms appear in your mind. Grasping the glowing glass nugget, you hold it above you. You start finding it hard to concentrate. You simply must cast Union of the Phoenix and Divine Dragon. You whistle into the wind a calm and peaceful tune. Aaah, that felt so good! You forget about your craving to cast Union of the Phoenix and Divine Dragon. A tiny deep blue moth flutters into the area and flits towards you.
Failing this spell causes the caster to suffer the effect instead of the target.
