There are large and small areas of cabbage fields and forest throughout the plains, as well as Skund Forest and the Morpork and Carrack Mountains--both hilly mountain ranges. The Ankh River and the Smarl River also go through the plains. Where the plains meet the Circle Sea there are beaches and cliffs. To the east there are the Ramtops plains and to the west are the Klatchian grasslands. An unnamed hilly mountain range borders the plains to the south.
