A long, elegantly curved pepper grater, such as one might find in a good restaurant. It is made of solid, polished olive wood, and has quite a nice heft to it. One might use it to grate pepper on somebody, if one were feeling obnoxious.
The olive-wood pepper grinder is about two and a half feet long and four inches wide. It is brown and is made of wood and could be used as a weapon of type misc.
If a person who has annoyed the Brindisian populate enters the 'neat little taverna' in Little Brindisi, Messire Vincenzio will grind pepper upon them; this causes him to be holding a pepper grinder which can then be stolen or looted from him. (See the Little Brindisi section in Genua for how to offend Brindisians)
While in inventory, the "grind <pepper> on <person>" and "grate <pepper> on <person>" syntax becomes available. Either command causes the target to sneeze initially, then sniff, scratch, and rub their nose for a few minutes. This action is pk-checked. The grinder does not appear to actually consume or require pepper, and cannot be opened, emptied, or refilled.
