A shrivelled tramp on top of a desert monolith northeast of Al Khali makes special weapons.
Getting there
Cross the bridge north of Djelibeybi and follow the road west, then north to Al Khali and northeast until you see a monolith in the long description of the room.
Then you need to get on top of the monolith.
- This requires a high adventuring.movement.climbing.rock bonus.
- Climbing aids can help.
- This was rather easy at a 313 adventuring.movement.climbing.rock bonus with 13% burden but too difficult at 29% burden.

The tramp understands Djelian and Klatchian and speaks in Djelian. He requests payment in Djelian money.
