Placing an order

 Jassi the Inferno says in Klatchian with a Klatchian accent: I still take pride in my skills.  I may be inclined to forge a weapon, if you show the proper humility.  Even then, it will not be yours. 

He means it! You will not be able to use a weapon you order from him--but you can give it to another player and they will be able to use it. If you want one, therefore, you'll need help from another player.
