Horse (Ankh-Morpork)

Desc - Details needed.

  • Alignment: Details needed.

Chestnut Horse (Ankh-Morpork Stables)

This chestnut stallion's coat is a coppery brown all over with a slightly lighter shade on his mane and tail. He is of the Copperhead mining pony breed, which is known for high docility, decent vitality and intuition and poor speed and strength.

  • Alignment: Details needed.

Pack horse (Djelibeybi)

Big brown eyes peer inquisitively from beneath an unkempt forelock. A long scruffy mane hangs down his neck reaching almost to his withers. The overall effect is extremely cute. He has a harness on his back, from which large wicker baskets have been hung on either side so his owner can load him up with goods for transportation elsewhere.

  • Alignment: Details needed.

Stallion (Terrains)

This is a small red roan stallion, with a small white snip. A long way from the pampered domestic horse, his spare frame and hard muscles speak of a life in which food shortages and running away from things figure prominently. Despite their wary look, his large brown eyes rimmed with soft dark lashes are surprisingly beautiful. The same can't be said, however, for his mane and tail, which are decidedly unkempt.

  • Alignment: 1-2 degrees good (Sto Plains/Lower Ramtops) or neutral (CWC/Hublands)

Mare (Terrains)

This is a delicate black mare with a ragged tail. A long way from the pampered domestic horse, her spare frame and hard muscles speak of a life in which food shortages and running away from things figure prominently. Despite their wary look, her large brown eyes rimmed with soft dark lashes are surprisingly beautiful. The same can't be said, however, for her mane and tail, which are decidedly unkempt.

  • Alignment: 1-2 degrees good (Sto Plains/Lower Ramtops) or neutral (CWC/Hublands)

Foal [Varient #1] (Terrains)

This is a bossy skewbald filly with startling blue eyes. She is a few months old, big enough to venture away from her mother's side to potter around in the company of the other young horses, but still babyish enough to scurry back to her at the first sign of trouble.

  • Alignment: 6 degrees good (Sto Plains/Lower Ramtops) or neutral (CWC/Hublands)

Foal [Variant #2] (Terrains)

This is a happy dun filly with a rakish black patch over one eye. She is almost too old to be called a foal, in fact, and has a certain rebellious look common to teenagers of any species. Though not much smaller than a full-grown horse, she is much lighter and rather lanky, and doesn't look quite ready to strike out on her own.

  • Alignment: 6 degrees good (Sto Plains/Lower Ramtops) or neutral (CWC/Hublands)

Uses

  • No special uses

Special Notes

  • They may be difficult to kill due to their resilient hide.
  • May be found alone, or in herds to 6 (Sto Plains, Lower Ramtops) or herds to 10 (CWC, Hublands). Foals are always found with at least one adult.
  • Attacking a foal will cause all nearby mares and stallions to attack you.
  • The Djelibeybi pack horse may not be killable because it runs away when you attack it.
