Serenade
Bonus Range | Message |
---|---|
202-242 | You serenade <target> on your dark glossy lute with a twangy tune of fumbling fingers. That could probably have worked better. |
242 | You serenade <target> on your dark glossy lute with a song about a dozen bottles of muscatel on the wall. Maybe getting her drunk would work better. |
242 | You take up your dark glossy lute with a suitable flourish and set your pick to the strings, producing a jarring cacophony, like a clumsy youth's first words to the love of his life. Let's hope <target> is charmed by the, er, innocent naivety of it. |
Perform

202-242 | You dramatically take up your dark glossy lute, and produce an unpleasant noise from its strings. |
242 | Holding the pick like a table-knife, you cruelly rip a ghastly, discordant mess of mangled chords from your dark glossy lute. |
Notes
Occasionally the lute will go "Your dark glossy lute resonates softly and quietly on its own for a moment."
