There are a wide array of crafts one can engage in on the MUD. Crafts activities make use of skills in the crafts tree - hence, actions like tracking and bandaging are included below. Some crafts may require little or low level craft skills to perform, or only need skills for a small part of the process. They have been included if they seem "crafty" enough.

Many crafts make use of special items called craft supplies.

Skillchecked Activities

• Bandaging (bandaging things to help them heal)
• Bodging (using wood-turning equipment to make cylindrical wooden items)
• Calligraphy (writing prettily)
• Candle making (making candles from wax, wick and optionally ink)
• Carving (working ivory or wood with a knife)
• Clockwork assembly (assembling clockwork items)
• Decorating Boxes (decorating boxes and instrument cases)
• Distilling Alcohol (creating alcoholic beverages)
• Embroidery (embroidering text or patterns onto cloth)
• Engraving (engraving text or patterns onto metal)
• Finesmithing (Creating small items out of metal)
• Fixing (fixing metal items)
• Flower Arranging (arranging flowers)
• Furoshiki Wrapping (wrapping furoshiki cloths into pretty presents)
• Gemcutting (cutting and setting gems into jewellery)
• Leatherworking (repairing leather items)
• Marbling (dyeing cloth or paper with marbled patterns)
• Metalworking (Create things with metal)
• Mending Clothing (mending clothes with a needle and thread)
• Music (playing instruments)
• Pottery (making, staining, glazing and firing ceramic items)
• Quilting (creating and decorating patchwork quilts)
• Repairing (repairing wooden items)
• Sandcastles (making sandcastles on the beach)
• Stencilling (decorating player house walls with stencils)
• Stream panning (searching through streams to find purple mineral powder)
• Tanning and Dyeing (tanning skin and dyeing the results)
• Tea Ceremony (honouring guests with the ceremony of preparing and serving tea according to Agatean traditions)
• Tracking (tracking players or unique NPCs)
• Weaving (make cloth from threads)
• Woodworking (Create things with wood)

Unskilled Activities

Even a novice to the crafts tree can enjoy success with certain crafts-adjacent activities! The following do not seem to include a skill check in the process of creation, but may utilize craft supplies:

• Furniture Decorating (painting, polishing and stenciling player house furniture)
• Real Estate Decorating (painting, stenciling, wallpapering)
