Types of clothing
You can "list" to see the types of clothing you can order.
Mrs Cosmopilite says: You can order anything from the following list: jumper undershirt shirt t-shirt blouse bodice vest waistcoat tunic shorts breeches trousers suit trousers kilt skirt miniskirt bodysuit leotard jumpsuit nightdress dress toga beret cap hat top hat cowl headband mask balaclava loincloth petticoat half slip knickers underpants y-fronts boxer shorts bikini bottoms bikini top bra dressing gown bath robe bow gloves collar sash scarf shawl tie jabot bowtie garter belt cummerbund suspenders stockings leggings socks slippers high heel shoes shoes boots clogs bunny slippers cloak covering cloak robe jacket suit jacket cape coat overcoat trenchcoat backpack large satchel medium satchel small satchel shoulder pouch Mrs Cosmopilite shows a list to you.
You can then "order <type of clothing>".
The ordering process here requires you to just type the option you choose, instead of saying it out loud. If you type something that isn't a valid option (including trying to say it), she'll just repeat what she just told you. You can type "quit" at any time to stop the process.
Materials
Mrs Cosmopilite says: What material would you like that to be made out of? You can have any of the following: flax bark cloth cotton gingham satin silk lace fishnet ratskin leather patent leather suede snakeskin cashmere denim corduroy hessian tartan terry cloth tweed taffeta flannel hide felt wool rubber velvet vermine mink gabardine fur linen unspecified Mrs Cosmopilite shows a list to you.
If you choose a material, it will show up in the short description immediately before the item type (cloak, dressing gown, etc.). If you choose "unspecified", then the description just won't have anything there.
Colours
Mrs Cosmopilite says: What colour would you like me to make it in? We have dyes in these colours: aquamarine azure beige black blue bone brown cerulean chartreuse cream crimson cyan forest green golden golden yellow green grey indigo ivory jade khaki lavender magenta off-white orange pink plaid puce purple rainbow red sea green silvery sky blue tan tangerine teal green twilight vermillion violet white yellow unspecified Mrs Cosmopilite shows a list to you.
If you choose a colour, it will show up in the short description immediately before the material (or if no specific material was chosen, before the item type). If you choose "unspecified", then the description just won't have anything there.
Warming and cooling properties
You can choose for the clothing to have warming or cooling properties, if you like.
Mrs Cosmopilite says: Would you like the item to be warmer or cooler than that material normally is, or none?
Decorations
You can choose a decoration, if you like. If you do, it will cause the item's short description to end with the decoration, such as, "a blue linen robe with tassels".
Mrs Cosmopilite says: Are there any special additions you would like me to make? I can do the following things: a silver tassle big blue eyes brass buckles checked pattern frilly edges fur lining fur trimming gold edging lace edging lace trimmings large buttons mystical sygils pleats polka dots ribbon trimming sequins sharp metal studs silk lining silver trimming simple leather banding stripes stylish tears tassels none Mrs Cosmopilite shows a list to you.
Adjectives
Next, you can choose adjectives for your clothing. This is where the fun is, since you can choose any combination of them and they'll all show up in the short description of the item--so you can have a big faded floppy comfortable flowing wizard's formal robe, or whatever. The adjectives you choose first will appear last, so if you want a sinister iridescent thing, choose iridescent first, then sinister.
Note that the options are case-sensitive, so choosing "gappic" won't work--only "Gappic" will.
It is not possible anymore to repeat the same adjective.
Mrs Cosmopilite says: Would you like to describe your clothing a little more? I can do the following things: big billowing bridal bridesmaid's bright colourful classy comfortable crinkled crinkly cute dark deep elegant faded feathery feminine floppy flowing fluffy foolish formal frightening furry glittering high-waisted homespun ill-fitting impressive iridescent lacy large long loose-fitting masculine majestic medium narrow neatly tailored old fashioned ominous overpowering oversized pale patched pleated pointy puffy retro styled ruffled rugged safari saucy sassy sensible sexy shabby shadowy sheer shimmering shiny short simple sinister skimpy skintight sleek small soft sparkling sporty starched stretchy stiff stylish suave thick thin tight torn travel stained travelling ugly understated wedding wide adventurer's assassin's barbarian's disavowed's palace guard's hunter's priest's thief's warrior's weapon master's witch's wizard's Auriental Ephebian Genuan Klatchian Lancrastian Morporkean Uberwaldean Gappic Gufnorkian Hattian Fishite Pishite Sandelfonian Sekkite no Mrs Cosmopilite shows a list to you.
Durability
Finally, you can choose to make your clothing more durable.
Mrs Cosmopilite asks: Would you like this item to be more damage-resistant than normal?
If you do, the item's short description will have the word "durable" before any adjectives you've chosen.
Durable clothing are the exact same weight as non-durable clothing but have more condition and they also cool or warm more (tested with linen and extra cooling).
Finishing the order
When you are finished ordering, Mrs Cosmopilite will review the name of the clothing and tell you how much it costs. The more description it has, the more expensive it is. If you say yes, she'll tell you in how long she'll take to make the item (typically one to a few Discworld hours).
You pay Mrs Cosmopilite for the clothing when she's done. The item's description is always:
It is <item>. It has been hand made by Mrs Cosmopilite, and is very exclusive. It is made out of the finest of fabrics and would look absolutely great on you. It looks well worth the price paid for it.
It may have pockets, depending on the type of clothing.
