Performing
This ritual costs 45 GP, and is performed on yourself or another living thing. It is partially pk-checked: performing it on an npk is only possible if they're not too cold already, and the ritual will end when they reach "quite comfortable".
It requires the powers of speech and sight.
Skills
This ritual uses faith.rituals.misc.self or faith.rituals.misc.target, depending on whether you're performing it on yourself or another.
Components
Performing messages
Performing
You stare at your small square stone. You recite the words of cooling.
Success If already under the effects of the ritual:
You feel slightly cooler for a moment.
Otherwise, it varies by deity:
Pishe:
Tiny hailstones fall around you, chilling your skin slightly.
Gufnork:
Chilly clouds of mist surround you for a moment.
Gapp:
You hear a ripping sound and, an instant later, gusts of wind begin to hit you.
Sandelfon:
You hear a groaning sound before a rush of cold, stale air hits you from far away.
Fish:
You are surrounded with grains of ice, which chill your skin as they touch you.
Hat:
You are hit by several unexpected gusts of wind.
Sek:
You have a prickling on your skin, as if there were hoarfrost growing on it.

Effect
Mainly, it makes the target cooler. The precise strength of the effect is unknown, but it's thought to be fairly weak.
While it lasts, there's also a line added to their description, that varies by deity:
Pishe:
She is surrounded by a slight fall of hail.
Gufnork:
She is surrounded by a cloud of chilly mist.
Gapp:
The air around her moves with a fluttering wind.
Sandelfon:
She has a haze of stale greyish air around her.
Fish:
She has ice crystals glittering on her skin.
Hat:
She is shivering inside a swirl of cold air.
Sek:
She is wrapped in a blue-white flame.
Duration
The duration per performance seems to be approximately half your bonus in seconds plus 30. It stacks fully with itself--performing it again adds the full extra duration to the end, so if one performance will last two minutes, then two performances will last four minutes total.
Wearing off
You get a message when it wears off, which varies by deity.
Pishe:
The hailstones falling around you gradually let up.
Gufnork:
The clouds around you dissipate gradually, floating away.
Gapp:
The gusts of wind blowing across you cease with a gentle caress.
Sandelfon:
The stale air around you is replaced by fresher air.
Fish:
The grains of ice around you melt against your skin.
Hat:
The gusts of wind battering you fade away.
Sek:
Your skin stops prickling from divine cold.
