Barbary Sheep [ram]
This is a proud mature male barbary sheep, with an impressive pair of hard-ridged horns curling back against his skull. His fleece is deep and full and his eye sharp, ready to spot any danger, be it predator or rival male. He proves his dominance by a proud display of that beard for which his race is named - a thick curtain of hair growing back from his chin and hanging heavy down his throat and chest.
- Alignment: Neutral
Barbary Sheep [ewe]
The barbary sheep is actually a kind of goat, and it tells - when not busy chewing cud (a terribly important business), she spends most of the day leaping blithely up and down and around about on rocks and precipices that would cause the most able mountaineer to blanch.
- Alignment: Neutral
Uses
- None
Special Notes
- Can be found singly or herds of 2 to 5
- Will flee at the start of a fight, traveling 1 or 2 rooms (straight-line)
- Horns (2) can be harvested from both male and female, but there is no known use and they cannot be sold
- This critter is not included under sheep because it is actually a type of wild goat.
