Desc

You see Nasty Frazyl the Witch.
She is just a conspicuously unarmed and suspiciously harmless-looking little young lady, and skinny besides.

She is tall and slim like a pretty tall and rather slim person. Her skin is unblemished but otherwise unremarkable. Her movements have a strange grace-like efficiency and precision. She often peers keenly around at what catches her interest. Her dark eyes shine forth as the sun seen from the depths of the ocean, with green and blue waves gently ebbing and flooding to the rhythm of her breathing. Her silky black hair gleams softly in shades of blues and greens as it flows and sways all the way down to her thighs. Her long delicate hands manifest great strength emphasized by her deep green fingernails.
