Urban Pturbans is a shop that sells turbans, located on the west side of the Djelibeybi bazaar. You can order custom turbans and veils there.
You can also sell peacock, ibis, parrot, penguin, and duck feathers here. There seems to be a random element as to how much he'll pay, but you can get 5-10 toon or so per penguin feather, perhaps a talona per duck feather, and a few ptascp for an ibis feather.

Custom turbans
Custom turbans take 15 people gp to wear (or "tie") and remove (or "untie").
