Urban Pturbans is a shop that sells turbans, located on the west side of the Djelibeybi bazaar. You can also order custom turbans and veils there.

Custom turbans
Custom turbans take 15 people gp to wear (or "tie") and remove (or "untie"). There seems to be a skillcheck involved research If this has been marked on a page, it's because there was something that probably isn't known, that the person who edited the page thinks could be found out. Perhaps you could figure this thing out, and be famous evermore. , as you can get different lines in your description when wearing one:

Making it a sheathe
