Torqvald's Illusion Generatrix (abbreviated as TIG) is a miscellaneous spell. It allows the wizard to design an area illusion and store it in his mind, thereby create a completely new and hitherto unknown spell that when cast calls the illusion into being.

You flip the ring into the air and catch it in the bucket.
You hold the end raised in one fist.
You make three passes with the end over the bucket and drop it in; the contents of the bucket vanish!

About the Illusions
The number of characters you can use in your illusions improves with higher skills and background room enchantment. Different castings of Torqvald's Illusion Generatrix can vary by ~100 characters.
When you finish creating your illusion, you will gain a new spell that shows up when you type spells. Its name is randomized, but it will have your name at the beginning.
The illusions cost an amount of gp to cast equal to about 1 per 10 characters used in the illusion, and they take up 10 units of mindspace.
Illusions are miscellaneous spells with 3 stages:
Sometimes, an illusion will require components such as a bronze ring, and sometimes it will require no components. This appears to be randomly determined when you first create the illusion.
You may use colours in your illusions. See help usercolour, help colours, and help colour list. The code text counts against the character limit.
All of the custom text you typed for your illusion will display simultaneously even if they are on different lines, rather than one at a time as would be normal for other spells.
To get an illusion with a high character count and no components, you may need to cast Torqvald's Illusion Generatrix multiple times.
