This template returns a number based on a 'damage' ranged judge rating, according to the following table:

string rating
pathetic 0
very poor 1
poor 2
reasonable 3
quite good 4
good 5
very good 6
extremely good 7
quite powerful 8
powerful 9
very powerful 10

If you add an argument named "reverse" with any value it will take a number and output the string instead.

If you pass the template a number but do not put an argument named "reverse" it will just return the same number.
