[edit]
Documentation{{abbrl}} is an abbreviation template. It works similarly to the HTML <abbr> or <acronym> tags but also wikilinks to the shown text.
Usage
{{abbrl|abbr|expanded term}}
Example:
{{abbrl|Ankh-Morpork|Ankh-Morpork, Ankh-Morpork, the city so good they called it Ankh-Morpork. }}
Which results in: Ankh-Morpork
That is, like template {{abbr}} but it also creates an article link to the abbreviated name.
