Scroll Handling / Casting

I'm pretty sure it's a ma.sp.special check and not a ma.it.scrolls check because I've tmed ma.sp.special multiple times with differing spell sizes and people who have more ma.sp.sp manage to carry more scrolls than me while having less ma.it.sc than me. 125.255.15.79 10:04, 29 July 2009 (UTC)

Old AMD article

Scroll Science, AMD edition 45 (Apr 2004) says the formula is half head space. I looked for the article because I have a post that says:

We determined once what the formula was for calculating how many scrolls of different sizes of spells you could carry, and published this in the AMD. The method of calculating it was promptly changed, and so far I don't think anyone has managed to work out the new formula.
