Permits
I don't think the age thing matters the last permit I bought was at gl 238 and 85 days play time and it cost me 50 rhinu. Ashdug 04:08, 1 February 2010 (UTC)

- Not guild level capped, chimara's permits are noticeably more expensive than mine, I just think that age probably doesn't play into it. Ashdug 01:21, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
Crime and Punishment
Regarding crime and punishment - I believe it's enough to start a fight in a shop to be banned from buying stuff?
