Ummm. I was making a big table version before your last edit that made separate table for all houses...

The advantage is that you could then sort it to see for example all 1st rank, or by house, or something.

I'll put it up, if you think it's better with separate tables it can be reverted... --Frazyl 07:50, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

Looking at the pages on the tm wiki, there seems to also be some variations after the two word title.

For example for Fang for most guilds it says "of House Fang" but for assassins it says "of the House Fang Ninja", "of the Fang Samurai" and for wizards halfway it changes to "of the Fang Family".

Are those consistent and should they be included somewhere? --Frazyl 07:59, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

I don't think the 'of the house <house> <guild>' and 'of the house <house>' are consistent - so I didn't include those. They'd also throw the tables out of width, so the essential part was all I put in.

I'll have to look at what you did for your tables so far, because I'm not as skilled with them. Helaena 08:11, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

Looking at the tables, I think I'm at least going to include a rank bar for ease of vision. The sorting function seems to just be an additional '!' mark, so I can go back and edit those in once I get the gruntwork of inputting data in. Helaena 08:11, 4 August 2010 (UTC) (If that's wrong, let me know. We can do reverts back, like you said, too.)

The sorting is done by adding sortable in the table class. Once all the data is in I'll see if I can transclude it into one big table on another page. --Frazyl 08:31, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

I think it might look better kept in seperate tables like with the TM wiki, but we can test and revert if it doesn't look right. But, can you wait to do more edits until I do finish all families? I just lost my Mcsweeney table because of a house rank edit I'd been including with it. Helaena

Oh sorry, I didn't think it would block you if you were editing another section. You can always force your edit (copy the bottom text area into the top text area and save) and we can re add the other change above it later. I'll stop modifying now anyway for tonight. --Frazyl 08:42, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

More my fault, considering the browser here when I can't use my home computer, *blush*. I think I can finish the families datacramming tonight, and then you can make it pretty. --Helaena

Mmm. Why is this page in the NPCs category? The titles only apply to players... I can't think of a proper category offhand. --Frazyl 20:58, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

Left it atm until I could decide what category the cage did belong in. Like I said, not generally so good with wiki commands, so it's often put together from mimicing stuff I see elsewhere. The updates look good - I think having a link to a big chart is a good idea. People can print off a copy of just their family if they like from mine, or focus on getting a list of all titles available to a guild/rank/etc from yours. Now, to get started on login reward research. *highfive Frazyl* --Helaena
