Mud port: 4242 (on IPv4 port 23 also works)
There are several so called IPv6 brokers that can allow one to access the IPv6 network without having an IPv6 enabled internet connection. Some are free. Some require registration.
See the IPv6 page for information.
Urm, is DW down? -Inruth
Think so. :( -Daf
I was connected but it stopped responding. Now various attempts to connect show "Network error: Connection timed out" and "Network error: Unknown error" both on IPv6 and IPv4... I hope the mud crashed and is not keeping my fruitbat hungrier until it flies off. --Frazyl 00:44, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
I was connected over ipv6, seeing very similar issues to those I experienced on ipv4 earlier, then it just stopped completely. --Zexium 01:11, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
When will this come to an end =( or is there anyway we could connect
The Discworld appears inoperative. - Cyrus
Both IPv6 and IPv4 are unresponsive. I can't even resolve discworld6.obsidian.org.uk... --Liane 06:23, 22 April 2011 (UTC)

Is it just my connection that's bouncing? - Jolande 09:54, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
No it's everyone - it's always worth readong the news announcements on the mud. The adslmax 10 day period comes to an end tonight so hopefully it will go away. If not there is a certain ISP helpdesk that is going to be suffering.
The problem last night was caused by an experimental modem firmware that caused the entire router to stop forwarding traffic - I have, of course, backed that out.
