Miscellaneous Info
- Language Theory (applying similar rules for learning languages from another player to sharing TM's)
- You cannot share a TM from a player that has a significantly lower level/skill than you do.
- You can give a TM to any player that has a lower level than you do, regardless of how big the difference is.
- You may be able to share a TM from a player who has a lower level/bonus than you, if the difference in your abilities is small.
