Sageroff's Sentry Summoning - Summon an imp to guard your inventory.
Sageroff's Sentry Summoning (abbreviated as SSSU or SSS2) is a defensive spell that summons an imp to watch over your equipment. It will warn of theft and tell you who has stolen something, but do nothing to prevent it.
The duration of this spell depends on your skills. With good methods and around 250 ma.sp.defensive you can expect this spell to last 20 to 40 minutes.
The following skills are used in the stages of this spell:
You'll need a candle (which will be lit during the spell), a knife, a mirror, an apple (consumed) and the focus for an octogram.
You light the candle. You let the candle smoke play over the mirror, calling for any imps that might be listening. You slice the apple into chunks, and attempt to entice friendly imps with the apple. You command the imp to stand watch. You banish the dark creatures that have followed the imp.
With a popping sound, a small imp appears over your left shoulder.
With a POP!, a demon appears in the air over your shoulder.
What the target sees
Gnu Womblesworth lights a candle. Gnu Womblesworth waves the candle in front of a mirror. Gnu Womblesworth holds an apple chunk in the air and whistles. Gnu Womblesworth speaks sternly to the empty air. Gnu Womblesworth shouts in a savage tongue. With a popping sound, a small imp appears over your left shoulder.
