Regarding the PK running away in fear as a response to a Warcry - Victim's Tactics bonus: 266. Warcryer's Tactics bonus: 410

From research with Proeliator and from getting warcried lots, it seems like the warcry messages and their effects are as follows:
- Your opponent barely flinches: No effect
- Your opponent flinches: 5-10% bonus penalty
- Your opponent flinches violently: 10-15% bonus penalty
- Your opponent is rocked by your bloodcurdling warcry: 15-20% bonus penalty
- Your opponent is terrified: 20-25% bonus penalty
- Your opponent is so scared they soil themselves: 25%+? bonus penalty
