Research
Anyone can make turpentine, as long as they have sufficient crafts.culinary.distilling bonus. The command "distill" works when one is inside a distillery.

Alexxis: At 208 bonus in cr.cu.di: One gallon (8 pints) of water plus 33 balls of sap produced about 3 ounces of turpentine. (pure) Alexxis: At 208 bonus in cr.cu.di: Two quarts (4 pints) of water plus 13 balls of sap produced about 1 ounce of turpentine. (pure) Alexxis: At 208 bonus in cr.cu.di: One quart (2 Pints) of water plus 6 balls of sap produced about 1 tablespoon of turpentine.(pure)
Elspeth: At 197 bonus in cr.cu.di: One gallon of water plus 28 balls of sap produced a large turquoise bottle about one-quarter full with some turpentine, mixed with two ounces of water.
Arturos: At 164 bonus in cr.cu.di: 2 pints (or one large bottle) of water plus 6 balls of sap produced 4 ounces (420-500 drops) with 2 teaspoons of water.
QiuYan: At 155 bonus in cr.cu.di: 2 pints (or one large bottle) of water plus 6 balls of sap produced 1 tablespoon (60-69 drops) with 1 teaspoon of water.

There might be another skill involved here, maybe cr.cu.brew ?
with distilling at 151/227 raw, 151/232 buffed:
1 gallon of water + 32 saps made 1 gallon of liquid sap.
distillation yielded about 3oz of turpentine.

This is about three ounces of spirit of turpentine, a yellow, sticky liquid with a strong
smell.
Drinking about 4 ounces of turpentine (8 searched up 1/4 full pots in the Tacticus Academy) gave me an increasing dexterity penalty that dipped to a valley of -13 about 55 minutes after drinking and slowly recovering until 2 hours and 20 minutes had passed.
