Skills: other.movement.swimming bonus sufficient for your burdening Swim to the bottom of the pool located in Creel Springs then 'enter cave'. From the cave, go west and 'search rocks'. Make sure to get the starfish as it does not automatically go into your carried inventory. Exit the pool and go to the room outside the bathing shoppe. Once outside, 'hang starfish on nail' to complete.
