Narcotics

There are a few sources of narcotics.
- Smoking hashish, or inhaling the smoke in some places.
- Hashish smoke in the back room of the Flaming Cabbage
- Drinking cream of frog from the Magick Boxe in Genua.
- Mushrooms bought from the Sto Lat NPC Jack Straw.
- Dried Frog Pills
- Badly Rolled Cigarettes
Effects
They have a few effects.
- You soul frequently, in a way similar to the effect of a sugar high.
- You cannot perform rituals or spells.
- You get a line in your description reading, "Her/his eyes are red and dilated."
