Magic.spells.offensive is a skill which is mostly used to determine the power of offensive wizard and witch spells.
All damage-dealing offensive spells increase in damage based on the caster's level in this skill. Furthermore, all offensive spells (wizard and witch) have a minimum level requirement in this skill in order to be learned.
