Long Description
The Lancre mint cake is designed to be useful for mountain travellers who may need to occasionally beat trolls to death. It also can be swung around the head on the end of the piece of string to either produce a strange droning noise, which will either attract rescuers or more trolls, or mild concussion [and more trolls]. Of course, if you ever tried to eat it a good dentist would be a necessity. It has had a hole drilled in it, through which a piece of string dangles.

As per the description, the cake can be swung around the head. Doing so causes at least the following to happen:
You swing your Lancre mint cake around your head causing a strange droning noise. A person dressed in full mountain climbing gear runs up to you. The man says: What!? You don't need rescuing! Five hundred bloody miles and you don't need rescuing! The man storms off.
