Jolly Student is a custom hat tailor who operates in the room above the custom robes tailor in the Bes Pelargic L-space Bubble.
All orders need to be placed in Agatean or Morporkian, and responses come back in same.
To place an order, first you must pick a colour and material. Mountings and decorations are optional extras.

The hat will look something like this:
The jolly student says: Your hat will look like this: This proper storm-cloud grey silk wizard's pointy hat has a mystic sigil representing the five elements mounted front and centre which is surrounded by neatly embossed misty clouds. The embossed misty clouds are impressed into the silk in such a way that the relief seems almost too realistic as they dance around the mounting, encircling it completely.
