[[Ham-on-Koom]] is a currently inaccessible area, probably due to the frequent floods, landslides and huge and unexpected holes in the ground that are cited elsewhere in the game. It is the main settlement of the Koom area. Originally a small fishing village whose economy was based on the fish that people could pull out of the Koom river, the recent concept of tourist, with all of its financial opportunities, now transforms [[Ham-on-Koom]] into a small town every tourist season. The [[Ham-on-Koom]] placeholder is marked by a sign on Genua Road, one east of the [[Koom Gorge Bridge]], just south of the [[Koom Gorge]] area.  [[Ham-on-Koom]] is surrounded by [[Plains]].  The placeholder sign reads: "Future site of Ham-on-Koom. Another exciting project of the Ram Construction Company(tm)"
