Gillimer's Ring of Temperate Weather (abbrev. GRTW) is a misc-class spell for transforming any gold ring into an elegant ring. The primary function of this ring is to heat or cool the wearer towards a more comfortable temperature regardless of their current environment.
A difficulty with the spell is that after being worn for a certain amount of time, dependent on skills, the ring will become non-functional and must be re-charged by casting the spell on the drained ring. The more work the ring has to do, the faster it will drain.

You close your eyes, imagining the frosty wind of winter and the scorching sun of summer. You force the enchantment into the ring. You remove the new ring from the forge. It is curiously cool to the touch. You lock the magic into the ring, making it a magical artifact.

The ring grows warm in your hands, then blisteringly hot! You drop it before it melts into a puddle of gold. You feel very sleepy.
