Ellamandyr's Hyaline Amulet (abbreviated as EHA2 or EHAl) is a zeroth order miscellaneous spell which turns a silver necklace into a delicate hyaline amulet.
The amulet protects the wearer from becoming wet due to rainfall. It does not, however, prevent wetness from jumping into a body of water.

Components
The spell requires a silver necklace to convert into the amulet, a wand (most easily obtained by casting Collatrap's Instant Pickling Stick) and a water source as the target of the spell - this may be a bowl of water, a fountain, or any other water-filled container.

You stir the water carefully with your wand, meditating on the nature of wetness. You concentrate on the nature of vines, forcing the water to rise and twine along the length of your wand. You shape the image of a pendant in your mind, and bind the twining strands of water into a solid form around it. With a flicker of magic, you reshape the silver necklace into a glittering white ribbon and fasten on the newly created pendant.

The delicate hyaline amulet settles in your hands softly, like the first snowfall of winter.
Failure (keeping the silver necklace)
You prepare to cast Ellamandyr's Hyaline Amulet on the large tankard of water. You stir the water carefully with your wand, meditating on the nature of wetness. You concentrate on the nature of vines, forcing the water to rise and twine along the length of your wand. You shape the image of a pendant in your mind, and bind the twining strands of water into a solid form around it. The silver necklace resists being so discarded so casually. You hastily release the spell.
