The blade of this slender knife is made of the finest steel, whereas the handle consists of silver and is crafted into a <animal/vegetable> head.
Appraises As
The elegant stiletto is about nine inches long and an inch wide. It is made of steel and could be used as a weapon of type dagger.

Notes
There is some element of randomness with the quality of these weapons; some judge slightly higher in damage than others. All other attributes of the weapons are same. The head on the hilt is not related to the quality since you have both high and low quality types for the same head.
If purchased from Burleigh & Stronginthearm's, there will be a serial number on it.
