Crondor's Fabulous Detection (abbreviated as CFD) is a miscellaneous-type spell used to determine whether a magical artifact can be safely recharged. Upon a successful cast, the targeted artifact will glow in one of several colours giving a rough idea of how safe recharging is.
Effects
As mentioned above, the artifact will glow one of several colours. Here they are listed in order from least dangerous to most dangerous in terms of the item's ability to receive a recharge -
- Purple
- Green
- Red
- Blue
- Orange
- Pink
- Yellow
- Cyan
- Indigo
- Vermilion
Casting
The spell costs 15gp per cast, and affects a single targeted artifact.
