Clematis is a viney climber within the buttercup family. The flowers of the clematis are conspicuous, with specific color and size dependent upon the species or cultivar. This plant is toxic to injest and the soils can cause skin irritation. Traditional medicinal uses are few, but it has been used to treat migraines and skin infections.
The clematis intertwines most of the other flora, putting forth blooms of various sizes from tiny stars to large saucer-sized flowers.
This plant is poisonous to consume.
